Thank you to all who were able to attend the meeting & program on September 20, 2005. I know that everyone is busy but I greatly appreciate the dedication to the nursing profession by being involved in the WNA.   A special Thank-you to Kathy Ulmen, RN, MSN who is a member of our district and the Clinical Nurse specialist of Neuroscience at St. Vincent hospital in Green Bay. Kathy volunteered her time to update us on stroke prevention, diagnosis & treatment.   I hope to see more and more new faces at each meeting.  If you are attending the WNA/WSNA convention in Green Bay October 20-22, 2005 and want to help out with announcing speakers, being a door monitor, or helping out with the NEWDNA Booth in the exhibitors hall please let me know- volunteers are needed. Thank you to those who have already volunteered.
