Attendance: Joyce, Pat, and Jane

1. Meeting called to order by Joyce and minutes approved as circulated.
2. Legislative Breakfast Planning
   1. Breakfast scheduled Nov. 3, 7:30 AM-Porch Room, Midway.
   2. Agenda is set
   3. Registration- Jane will do.

   d. Pat will bring table tents, Judy will bring money box with markers and nametags.

   e. Joyce will call some members who usually attend the breakfast, but haven’t responded this time.

3. NEWDNA Program on May 18, 2003
   1. Pat will contactt Jay Heck, Director of Common Cause, to be the speaker.
4. WINPAC/Public Policy Council

   Jane reported that WINPAC is working on how the endorsement process will work for next year.

   Pat was re-elected to the Public Policy Council. Congratulations!!

5. Day at the Capitol

   Scheduled for March 2, 2004. Pat indicated that there would be small groups at the DAC and they

   Are looking for group leaders. Pat and Jane said that they would be group leaders.

   6. Legislative Update- December 12, 2003 is the WNA Leadership Summit at Madison.

   7. Sandy Olenijczk is interested in joining the Leg. Committee.

6. Next Meeting Scheduled for November 24, 2003.  Pat Finder-Stone will call the Copper Top and/or the Holiday Inn Downtown to check availability.
